Non-Profit Logo Refresh + Collateral Design // The Marketing Branch


In the realm of graphic design, there's something truly rewarding about collaborating with non-profit organizations. Over the past few months, we've had the opportunity to work closely with one such non-profit, Helping Hands Community of the Treasure Coast, assisting them in sprucing up their existing logo and creating marketing materials to accurately represent their mission and values.


First up, the logo Refresh and colors:


A logo is the face of an organization, and it plays a crucial role in establishing brand recognition. When we first sat down with Helping Hands Community of the Treasure Coast, we understood the importance of capturing their essence in a single visual mark. Their existing logo needed refining and refreshing. For the logo refresh, we incorporated cheerful colors and an interlocking hand motif, symbolizing unity and support, which perfectly resonated with their mission.



Colors hold tremendous power in evoking emotions and communicating messages. For Helping Hands, we sought to create a brand palette that not only complemented their logo but also reflected the warmth and positivity they bring to the community. After careful consideration and exploration, we landed on a palette that combines shades of orange and blue, symbolizing positivity, inspiration, and an overall mood boosting vibe. These colors now serve as a consistent visual language across all of their marketing materials, creating a strong and cohesive brand identity.



…And the Collateral Design:


To help spread awareness about Helping Hands' services and initiatives, we worked together to create eye-catching collateral materials. Custom rack cards were designed to provide concise information about their programs, and how individuals can get involved. These rack cards act as portable ambassadors, effectively communicating the organization's message at various events and local businesses. A perforated bottom allows interested volunteers to fill out and return their contact information while still keeping program information. We love when collateral not only looks fresh but is multi-use.

In addition, we produced custom car magnets that act as mobile billboards, sparking curiosity and driving community engagement. With these materials, Helping Hands gained a wider reach and increased visibility, enabling them to make an even bigger impact.
